RETURNS
- All the goods purchased online can be returned (without giving a reason) within 14 days counted from the date of delivery of the parcel
- The store has the right to refuse to accept a return if the return was made after the deadline or in the event that the returned goods have defects
- Refund of amount due (if the return is accepted) will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the return
- Please attach the completed return form to the package
